Opting for oversize doors is one of the best ways to make a statement and set the tone for your new build property. Take a look at the house below that we have recently completed for a client as part of a full house project.
The double front property is perfectly balanced and complemented with a set of bespoke, high security doors (each measuring 1250mm wide) featuring frosted security glazing, oversize brushed aluminium handles and multi-point locking. Taking a modern design to create a double door entrance provides total symmetry and a real focus point.
The contemporary design of this door is very much ‘on trend’ and is a main feature of this traditional-style house door adding a really modern touch. With its traditional brick finish and sash windows, this is a widely accepted way of enhancing a new build property.
As well as designing and installing this oversize door set, we installed an insulated, modern sectional security garage door to match both the colour and style of the contemporary front door. This type of door allows for the maximum about of space inside the garage and also delivers excellent insulation to ensure the garage can be used all year round for storing a vehicle and other related items.
Here at Secure House, as well as security doors and garage doors, our projects also include the design and installation of security windows, including sash window that are manufactured to meet all current building and heritage requirements. We have completed hundreds of full house projects over the years and, as such, we are completely flexible and able to fulfil every aspect associated with new doors, windows, garage doors, gates and shutters.

As well as looking incredible in any property, our security sash windows are thermally efficient and sound insulating too making them the ideal choice for a wide variety of applications.
We are able to construct bespoke security sash windows to match any existing sash windows fitted in homes that are located in conversation or heritage areas. We make it really easy to replace old, worn-out or broken wooden sash windows using steel frames. These frames are strong and made from high quality steel to give them a longevity that will outlast their timber counterparts.
We installed a variety of replacement security sash windows in homes in Mayfair, Chelsea, Kensington and Hampstead. Each window was painstakingly recreated to match the existing, original windows to their very finest details.
The lifespan of steel security sash windows is the longest of any window, and longer than any timber sash window. We clad all of our frames in MEDITE tricoya water resistant engineered wooden cladding which comes with a 50 years manufacturer’s warranty so your windows could last for up to a century. So, you’re safe in the knowledge that investing in security sash windows from Secure House is a smart decision all round because they’ll outperform any other sash window!
Our heritage friendly windows include Pb6 security laminated glass which is highly thermally efficient. Each pane of this glass provides a u value of 1.1 to keep the heat in and ensure your home is the ideal temperature all year round.
Finally, all of our security sash windows feature a multi-point locking system for unrivalled security. This system has two locks in different heights to facilitate two separate opening dimensions.

This year the Secure House team attended no less than five different exhibitions across the UK and each one was a real success in its own right.
First off, in May, we headed to the Excel Centre in London for Grand Designs Live with possibly our best stand to date and then in June it was over to Surrey for the National Homebuilding & Renovating Show for what turned out to be a record breaking event for the organisers – it was certainly very busy for us too!
