Retirement Village Fire & Security Upgrade

This project included the full supply and installation of FD30s fire-rated doors throughout the complex — ensuring each resident benefits from 30 minutes of certified fire protection. These doors meet all the latest safety regulations and are designed not only to provide peace of mind but also to blend seamlessly with the overall architectural style of the village.

We supplied a range of bespoke-sized fire doors, including 2400mm tall units, tailored to meet the specific needs of the building design while maintaining full compliance with fire safety standards.

In addition to fire safety, a full security upgrade was implemented. Residents now benefit from enhanced locking systems, secure communal and private entry points, and carefully selected hardware that prioritises both function and aesthetics. Our doors are engineered for ease of use, ensuring smooth operation for all users – whether elderly residents, carers, or visiting family members.
