Main characteristics of our reinforced steel security doors
Burglary Resistance
Secure House standard 3
Specially bent L-shaped 100 mm frame. The frame is fixed in the aperture by 16 bolts which are protected from cutting. Internal leaf construction is reinforced by rigid edges that do not allow deforming the door easily during burglary. One of the locks installed in this door model must be no lower than 5th securityclass and protected by a drill resistant manganese plate. To successfully install a lock system, it has to be encased in a protected steel box.
Hinges are reinforced and adjustable. On the hinges side there are 4 protective pins (16 mm Ø) that do not allow dislodging the door leaf if the hinges are cut.
The locks can be replaced without disassembling the door, so it is easy and fast.
Secure House Class 4 Premium
Specially bent L-shaped 115 mm frame. The frame is fixed in the aperture by 16 bolts which are protected from cutting. Internal leaf construction is reinforced by rigid edges that do not allow deforming the door easily during burglary. One of the locks installed in this door model must be no lower than 7th securityclass and protected by a drill resistant manganese plate.Locks are installed in protective steel boxes.

Fire Resistance
With additional fire components Standard 3 doors can protect from fire for up to 30min .
Class 4 premium doors can protect from fire for up to 60min
Thermal Insulation
As the bent profile leaf structure does not have closed cavities, it can be completely thermally insulated by 50 mm rock wool. The L-shaped bent frame and threshold ensure exclusive tightness as an additional seal is applied to the entire perimeter (two seals in total).
Thermal transmittance of Secure House standard 3 doors is 1.5-1.7 W/(m2–K)
We also offer doors for ECO houses. Secure House standard 3 thermal door offers 0.95 W/(m2–K)
Sound Insulation
Secure House steel doors are sound insulated for 43db which is mainly due to the above mentioned thermal insulationperformance.This door is especially tight and therefore, perfectly shuts out the odours and smoke from the outside.
Technology used in our security doors for house
Our doors are manufactured from the highest quality engineered wood on the market.
To keep intruders outside, we use 2 plates of drill resistant Manganese, a hard metal alloy, on the door locks. We place the locks into a protective steel box within the door. We place six locking points on the external side of the door and an additional two paired directed upward and downwards on the opposing side. We conceal the locking pins with not just a single sheet but rather by 15mm of fixed profile of the door case.
Our hinges are designed with 16mm pins with eight locking points.
We cover the door frames with panels consisting of two layers of grading and a layer of sheeting, so if the external layer of grating is disturbed or damaged the door is still protected. We use a double thermal insulation sheet with a layer of pressurized stone wool on both sides. This provides excellent noise and thermal insulation.
We then cover the entire ultra strong structure of the door with finishing boards. We fasten the casing inside the door with 17 shafts protected by 24mm of steal liners. Together all these elements combine to create the greatest quality door possible that will fit seamlessly anywhere.
